LIVE THE DRAMA UGC CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
September 15, 2008 - November 23, 2008
1. TO ENTER the LIVE THE DRAMA UGC contest (the "Contest") simply visit the web site located at livethedrama.ctv.ca, click on the Contest page, complete and submit your entry by following the instructions found on the site. In the event of a dispute, entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
2. Contest starts at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 15, 2008 and closes on November 23, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Contest Period"). Limit of one entry per individual during any of the "Bi-Weekly Entry Periods" noted below. There are five (5) Bi-Weekly Entry Periods that occur within the Contest, as follows:

3. All entries must include your first and last name, address, email address, age, ten digit daytime and evening telephone number, an uploaded photograph or video upload in a format following the Submission guidelines outlined below and on livethedrama.ctv.ca. Illegible entries are ineligible.
Submission Guidelines: For photo files, you can submit a bmp, jpeg, gif or tiff file. For video files, you can only submit ‘jpg, gif, png, jpeg, wmv, dvix, avid, mpeg, mov" files with a preference for WMV, MOV and DIVX. Maximum file size 150MB. Videos should be no longer than 1 minute in length. Videos must contain wholly original material and reflect the Missions that will be posted Bi-Weekly on livethedrama.ctv.ca.
You must not include in the Submission any third-party logos, trade-marks or other material in which copyright subsists. Anyone whose submission involves anything illegal, potentially or actually dangerous or harmful or containing any element of physical risk will be disqualified from the Contest and have no chance of winning. Any entry that involves a third party that does not choose to be part of the submission will be disqualified. Also, make sure your entry is original and does not include any third party's intellectual property. Submissions must not include any illegal, defamatory or in any way obscene content. Submissions cannot be a parody or derogatory.
Further by entering this Contest, you represent that the Submission is original to you and that you have all the necessary rights in and to the Submission to enter the Submission in this Contest and allow it to be used as provided for in these Rules. Entries not complying with these Rules will be disqualified.
All entries becomes the property of the Contest Sponsor, including all intellectual property rights in all entries. Each entrant irrevocably agrees that by submitting an entry he/she transfers and assigns all right, title and interest in his/her photograph or video submission to the Contest Sponsor. All entrants further agree to waive all moral rights in their Submission in favour of the Contest Sponsor by entering the Contest. Contest Sponsor reserves its unlimited right to display the Submission(s) in any form of media, including, without limitation, Internet web sites and/or television. Contest Sponsor reserves its unlimited right to edit or manipulate the submission for purposes of better editorial display.
4. The contest sponsor is CTV Television Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Sponsor").
5. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Canada and be over the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides except that in the case of Mission 5 and the ER Grand Prize (as described below) each entrant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry to be eligible to win the ER Grand Prize. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsor, its agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter. A winner of a CTV contest within the three (3) months preceding the start of this contest (including persons designated by such winners to take ownership of prizes) and persons domiciled with a winner are not eligible to enter.
Prize Selection
6. Grand Prizes
There will be five (5) Grand prizes (collectively the "Grand Prizes" and each, a "Prize") to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Five finalists per Bi-Weekly Mission will be chosen by public vote from among all online submissions for that show-specific Mission. Voting will occur from when the Submission is posted on the Contest website by the Contest Sponsor and continue until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 8, 2008. The five finalist Submissions will then be reviewed by a panel of impartial judges (the "Judges") appointed by the Contest Sponsor and will judge all of the finalist Submissions on the basis of skill, originality, creativity and uniqueness. All criteria will be weighed equally. The Judges will select one potential winner from the 5 finalist Submissions for each Bi-Weekly Mission. Judging will be completed on January 5, 2009. The decision of the Judges shall be final.
Bi-Weekly Prize Draws
7. There will be a total of (5) Bi-Weekly Prize Draws held during the Contest Period. Each Bi-Weekly Prize Draw will be held at 2:00 PM ET in Scarborough, ON (see details below) from among all eligible entries received for that Bi-Weekly Mission, prior to the end of that particular Bi-Weekly Entry Period to award ten (10) Bi-Weekly Prizes. Odds of being selected for a Bi-Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Bi-Weekly Mission entries received prior to the end of that particular Bi-Weekly Entry Period.
Bi-Weekly Prize Draws will be held on the following dates: Grey's Anatomy on September 30, 2008 for the 1st Bi-Weekly Entry Period; CSI on October 14, 2008 for the 2nd Bi-Weekly Entry Period; Dancing With the Stars on October 28, 2008 for the 3rd Bi- Weekly Entry Period; Desperate Housewives on November 11, 2008 for the 4th Bi- Weekly Entry Period; "ER" on November 25, 2008 for the 5th Bi- Weekly Entry Period.
Limit of one Grand Prize and one Bi-Weekly Prize per household. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Prizes
8. Grand Prizes
Grey's Anatomy – There will be one (1) Grey's Anatomy Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, and the first ever Grey's Anatomy set visit for the winner and a guest. Trip includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence (the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel as selected by the Contest Sponsor, a visit to the Grey's Anatomy set, ground transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to studio. No cameras or recording devices are permitted on set. There are no guarantees of seeing or meeting any cast members during the set visit. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor and producer's production schedules. Prize winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If Grey's Anatomy production is cancelled, rescheduled (or, for any reason, Contest Sponsor is unable to provide the visit to the set, or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Los Angeles on the date specified by the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described within one year from date of prize notification, minus set visit and transfers. Contest Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party designated by the Contest Sponsor, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner/and or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person on the set. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion and authority failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Travel dates to be determined by the Contest Sponsor and blackout periods may apply. Travelling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to participate. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) Cdn., based on Toronto departure.
CSI - There will be one (1) CSI Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles and a CSI set tour with the opportunity to have Matthew Mungle (CSI special effects makeup artist) to give the winner a "victim makeover" as a photo opportunity. Trip includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence (the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel as selected by the Contest Sponsor, a visit to the CSI set, a "victim makeover" for the winner and ground transfers in LA from hotel to studio. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor and producer's production schedules. Prize winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If CSI production is cancelled, rescheduled (or, for any reason, Contest Sponsor is unable to provide the visit to the set, or victim makeover or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Los Angeles on the date specified by the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described within one year from date of prize notification, minus set visit, victim makeover and transfers. Contest Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party designated by the Contest Sponsor, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner/and or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person on the set. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion and authority failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Travel dates to be determined by the Contest Sponsor and blackout periods may apply. Travelling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to participate. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) Cdn., based on Toronto departure.
Dancing With the Stars – There will be one (1) Dancing With The Stars Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, two (2) tickets to a live taping of Dancing With the Stars, and an one-hour dance lesson for the winner with a Dancing With the Stars Choreographer. Trip includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence (the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel as selected by the Contest Sponsor, two tickets to the live taping of Dancing With the Stars, a one (1) hour dance lesson with a show choreographer of the production's choice and ground transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to the Dancing With The Stars studio. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor and producer's production schedules. Prize winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If Dancing With the Stars is cancelled, rescheduled (or, for any reason, Contest Sponsor is unable to provide the show tickets or dance lesson, or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Los Angeles on the date specified by the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described within one year from date of prize notification, minus the dance lesson, show tickets and transfers. Contest Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party designated by the Contest Sponsor, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner/and or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person on the set. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion and authority failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Desperate Housewives - There will be one (1) Desperate Housewives Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, a tour of the Desperate Housewives Wardrobe Department by the Desperate Housewives' Costumer Designer for the winner and a guest, and a one thousand dollar ($1,000) Cdn shopping spree for the winner to "get the look" of their favourite Desperate Housewife. Trip includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence to Los Angeles, two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel as selected by the Contest Sponsor, a visit to the Desperate Housewives wardrobe department, ground
transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to the studio for the wardrobe tour and one thousand dollars ($1,000) Cdn for the winner. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor and producer's production schedules. Prize winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If Desperate Housewives production is cancelled, rescheduled (or, for any reason, Contest Sponsor is unable to provide the visit to the set, or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Los Angeles on the date specified by the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described within one year from date of prize notification, minus set visit and transfers. Contest Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party designated by the Contest Sponsor, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner/and or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person on the set. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion and authority failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Travel dates to be determined by the Contest Sponsor and blackout periods may apply. Travelling companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to participate. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) Cdn., based on Toronto departure.
"ER" – There will be one (1) "ER" Grand Prize to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, two tickets and VIP access to the "ER" wrap party. Trip includes return economy airfare for two (2) people departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence (the "Departure Point") to Los Angeles, two (2) nights accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel as selected by the Contest Sponsor, two wrap party tickets with VIP access and ground transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to the party location. Except as expressly described herein, prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor and producer's schedules. Prize winner will receive less than 30 days notice prior to trip departure. If "ER" production or the wrap party is cancelled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason beyond the Contest Sponsors' control access to the wrap party is denied), or if the Prize winner cannot take the trip to be in Los Angeles on the date specified by the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion other than to supply the trip to Los Angeles as described within one year from date of prize notification, minus VIP party tickets and transfers. Contest Sponsor, and/or any other relevant party designated by the Contest Sponsor, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner/and or guest who engages in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person within the party. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion and authority failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Travel dates to be determined by the Contest Sponsor and blackout periods may apply. Travelling companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older in order to participate. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) Cdn., based on Toronto departure.
Bi-Weekly Prizes
9. There will be (10) Bi-Weekly Prizes to be won each Bi-Weekly Entry Period for a total of fifty (50) Bi-Weekly Prizes.
Grey's Anatomy – Each Grey's Anatomy Bi-Weekly Prize will consist of one (1) Grey's Anatomy Sweatshirt, one (1) Grey's Anatomy pillow case, one (1) Grey's Anatomy t-shirt and one (1) Grey's Anatomy tote. Approximate retail value of each Grey's Anatomy Bi-Weekly Prize is Seventy-Five Dollars ($75) Cdn.
CSI – Each CSI Bi-Weekly Prize will consist of a CSI Limited Edition Apple iPod Nano 4GB, custom laser etched with officially licensed artwork. Approximate retail value of each CSI Bi-Weekly Prize is Two Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($220) Cdn.
Dancing With The Stars – Each Dancing With the Stars Bi-Weekly Prize will consist of a Dancing With the Stars Cardio DVD, a Dancing with the Stars Water Bottle and a Dancing With the Stars tank top. Approximate retail value of each Dancing With the Stars Bi-Weekly Prize is Seventy-Five Dollars ($75) Cdn.
Desperate Housewives – Each Desperate Housewives Bi-Weekly Prize will consist of a Desperate Housewives Bath Robe and a Desperate Housewives Poker Set. Approximate retail value of each Desperate Housewives Bi-Weekly Prize is Two Hundred Dollars ($200) Cdn.
"ER" – Each ER Bi-Weekly Prize will consist of an "ER" DVD Library Seasons 1-9, an "ER" First Aid Kit and an "ER" Scrub. Approximate retail value of each "ER" Bi-Weekly Prize is Four Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($475) Cdn.
10. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prizes are unavailable. Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. No change in travel arrangements can be made by the Grand Prize winners once the bookings have been confirmed. The Grand Prizes may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage, or other reward point accumulation program.
11. Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any claims against infringement of the right of privacy with respect to any photograph, video upload submitted. The odds of being voted as one of the top five (5) finalists for each Bi-Weekly Entry Period will depend in part on the number of eligible entries received during the Bi-Weekly Entry Period. The odds of one of the five (5) Finalists for each Bi-Weekly Entry Period, winning a Grand Prize will depend on the conformity of the Submissions with judging criteria. All criteria will be weighed equally. The odds of winning a Bi-Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Bi-Weekly Entry Period. In order to be declared a winner, potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by CTV Television Inc. Before being awarded a Prize, each potential winner and each potential Grand Prize winners' traveling companion (or his/her parent or legal guardian if a minor) will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsor, one or more full release and indemnity forms stating that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations ("Rules"), grants all consents required, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner or traveling companion, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases and indemnifies the Contest Sponsor and its prize sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, related, affiliate and/or successor entities as well as the officers, directors, agents, partners, shareholders and employees of the foregoing, from and against any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner's and/or traveling companion's participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. In the event that the potential winner and/or traveling companion (as applicable) do not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify potential winner and/or traveling companion (as applicable), and draw an alternate potential winner and the Contest Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner and/or traveling companion, if applicable, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner and/or traveling companion (as applicable) have been duly selected.
12. By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest. Entries that are not original compositions by the entrant, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or entries that discriminate based on grounds set out in Human Rights codes or other applicable legislation will not be eligible.
13. Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting Rules by mail or requesting names of prize winners (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). Contest Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials-data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control, Contest Sponsor reserves its right (subject only to the consent of the Regie des alcools, des course et des jeux) to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. Contest Sponsor reserves its right (subject only to the consent of the Regie des alcools, des course et des jeux) to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof. The Contest Sponsor reserves its right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Any attempts to deliberately damage the Contest web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made the Contest Sponsor reserves its right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. Contest Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any damage to an entrant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Contest or from downloading any material from the Contest web site, where applicable.
14. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Contest Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Contest Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Contest. 15. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
16. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Contest Rules, as applicable, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Contest Sponsor and or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question to be declared a winner. Approximate retail value of the five (5) Grand Prizes range in value from Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) Cdn. based on Toronto departure.
