Is contest REGISTRATION free?Yes! Registration and submitting content is free.

How do I SUBMIT VIDEO?To enter, simply fill out the on-line registration form. You will then be guided through the steps. The process takes under 1 minute to complete.

Could I remove my video from the website?Yes. To have your video removed from the website please email us with your request.

2. CONTENT

What DIGITAL CAMERA requirements are there for submitting content?Any DV camera that allows you to get video on your computer will work. See Section 5 for computer system requirements and video codec support.

Can I use my Webcam to submit content?Yes, click on the submit page for instructions.

How do I UPLOAD files?Click on SUBMIT, enter your details and then upload.

Are my files ever DELETED?No, your files will not be deleted. All content is subject to the site CONTEST RULES and PRIVACY POLICY.

Is there a limit on the NUMBER OF FILES I can have in my account?No, the only limit pertains to the site Official Contest Rules. Remember that only APPROVED content will be shown on the site after it has been reviewed. Only one file uploaded per person, per household will be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Are there size limits for the files I UPLOAD?The site supports all sorts of files. Each file you upload must be less than 100MB in size.

Why doesn't my CONTENT show up on the site immediately?All content is reviewed to ensure it is appropriate for use. It is then published to the site for viewing.You can also try submitting your video again.If the upload failed, you can try uploading again. Make sure you are using a compatible video type.

How do I get the URL of a file?The URL of each file is shown in the MEDIA DETAILS of the file.

Can I opt out of the email blast?Yes. In order to unsubscribe, you need to click on the notice at the bottom of your eblast.

3. NAVIGATION

I press a BUTTON that should bring up a window POP-UP but nothing happens, what can I do?This can occur if your POP-UP BLOCKER is enabled, or the LIVE THE DRAMA site is not listed in your trusted sites list. If you receive an error message, or a message showing your POP-UP BLOCKER is enabled, either disable POP-UP BLOCKER, add LIVE THE DRAMA site to your trusted sites list, or hold down the CTRL key while pressing the BUTTON.
